We understand that ordering a custom appliance online requires trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Every appliance we fabricate is custom made in our dental laboratory using your impressions and our dental materials. If your appliance does not fit comfortably or meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will work with you to resolve your issue through adjustments, remakes, or a return resulting in a full refund.

As with all custom dental appliances — whether crowns, dentures, retainers, or night guards — the quality of the final appliance depends heavily on the accuracy of the impressions provided. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully follow all included impression instructions to help ensure the best possible fit and outcome.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before your impression kit has shipped. Once your impression kit has shipped, but before we have begun fabricating your guard, orders will be eligible for a partial refund minus $20 to help cover  the impression kit and shipping costs that have been incurred.

Because each appliance is custom fabricated from your impressions, orders that have already entered production are non-refundable.
